Samuel Cano Pet Nat Barrique Loic

Deep pink gastronomic sparkling wine that pairs perfectly with tuna steak. It has a lot of ripe dried strawberries in both taste and aroma, as well as plenty of salt and spices. Serve chilled.

Samuel made the harvest in December 2018 with -5 of temperature. The first idea was to make a sweet ice wine. But this great grape was even in better condition than in October to make a PetNat. Fermentation with native yeast and bottled before the process was finished in order to create fizz in the bottle (ancestral winemaking technique - pet nat). Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
