Nuria Renom Pet Nat Par-Mac

Organic grapes from each producer were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast. The wine was bottled before fermentation was complete in order to create fizz in bottle. No fining, filtration and no added sulphites.

A collaboration between Nuria Renom who supplied the Parellada and Toni Carbo who brought the Macabeo. Sparkling white PetNat with notes of pear, lemon, green apples and cider notes. On the wilder side with some rocky, reductive aromas.
