Clos Lentiscus Rose Brut Nature

Don't be fooled by it's dark rosé color, this wine is super fresh, while boasting Mediterranean ripeness and fruitiness. It is full of energy and has an umami taste that is both salty and sweet at the same time. The aftertaste has a lovely bitterness, like red currants with seeds.

Méthode Traditionnelle: Primary and secondary fermentation with native yeast. Hand riddled and aged for 30 months before disgorgement. No dosage. Wine is unfined, unfiltered, and contains no added sulphites.
