Made from Touriga Franca grapes from a 1.5ha from a sustainable agriculture terroir. Clay soils, with no irrigation surrounded by the base of Serra Montejunto and Alenquer river. The grapes are picked by hand in 20kg crates and destemmed and crushed to start the spontaneous fermentation in inox vats. Harvested at the perfect timing, these wines reached a level of 13.3% alcohol to be fresher and more aromatic and to reflect the vineyard’s climate, soil and terrain. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and with just a small quantity of sulfite added during this process.
