This claret wine was crafted from selected grapes of Touriga Nacional+ Touriga Franса through co fermentation of the musts following a few hours of skin contact. The grapes were harvested together by hand from a 7 hectare of unirrigated clay terroir. They were destemmed and lightly crushed to start the spontaneous fermentation in inox vats. This claret reflects a diversity of varietals that contribute to the wine’s complexity and with its 12.8% alcohol content it’s in its perfect point of drinkability. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and with just a small quantity of sulfite added during this process.
