This wine embodies the time-honored vinification practices of the Condado do Tea subregion. Historically, winegrowers cultivated various grape varieties in cohesive plots, fermenting them together post-harvest. At our winery, however, we prioritize individuality, fermenting each grape variety separately before skillfully blending them. Our wine celebrates the harmonious fusion of six indigenous varieties from the Condado do Tea region—treixadura, albariño, white loureira, godello, and torrontés—all meticulously handpicked.
