Ciclo Vinhos TriCiclo

A return to basics, born from a period of reflection and reinvention. Crafted from grapes harvested by hand in 15kg boxes from a small, non-irrigated vineyard in Estremoz, Alentejo, it undergoes minimal intervention during vinification. The medium-bodied profile showcases freshness, strong acidity, and vibrant tannins, complemented by a funky character with notes of red fruit and spices. After destemming and light pressing, the wine ferments and then matures in old French oak barrels for 6 months, resulting in a wild and essential expression of its terroir.
