100% Parellada from two vineyards at 410m elevation on shallow sedimentary clays over limestone. Hand-harvested, destemmed, and pressed. Fermented in stainless steel with 9 months on lees. Bottled without fining, filtering, or added SO2. Expect a fresh, mineral-driven white with delicate fruit notes.
