Costador Metamorphika Macabeu

An orange wine made from 100% Macabeu grapes. Skin macerated for six weeks and fermented spontaneously using biodynamic practices. Unrefined and unfiltered. Offers flavors of peach, orange, delicate white flowers, and warm spices, with a dry finish and lasting minerality. Only 10mg of sulfites added before racking.
