Costador La Fassina Trepat

Made from 100% Trepat grapes from 100-year-old vines. Hand-harvested and partially de-stemmed. Fermented in large clay amphorae for 4 weeks, with 14 months of skin contact. Aged in used French oak barrels for 14 months. Unfiltered.
