Barroca da Malhada Arinto na Anfora

A white wine that became orange — with persistent acidity and great gastronomic versatility. It has structure and some tannin. The wine underwent a unique maceration in amphora during fermentation, staying with grape skins for a month, followed by 7 months of aging in the same 300-liter amphora. Intense golden-yellow color with aromas of lime peel, linden, broom, dry hay, green tea, lemongrass, and some resin.
